#RiseandGrind – We’re all about it.

The Next Chapter sought to up its game, so to speak, after reading Daymond John‘s book, The Power of Broke. By the end of that book – all about how a ‘broke’ kid in NYC managed to hustle his way to a billion dollar business – we’d decided to do all we could to eliminate excuses and kick things into overdrive.  Side note, that’s why you’re seeing the increase in posting about what we’re doing.

Anyway, as part of our step-up, we’re taking opportunities to study from entrepreneurs who have blazed trails. Enter Daymond John again with his new book, Rise and Grind. It’ll feature interviews with some of the world’s biggest entrepreneurs who have made it to the top in their respective industries. Like this guy…

Gary Vee Quote Card 2

…one of the most influential game changing entrepreneurs of our time. This dude loves the hustle and bustle – a social media mastermind, New York Times best-selling author, New York Jet fanatic… Gary Vaynerchuk!

Don’t know who he is and why you should read his story in Rise & Grind?  Well, per his website…

Gary Vaynerchuk is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO and co-founder of VaynerMedia, a full-service digital agency servicing Fortune 500 clients across the company’s 4 locations.

Gary rose to prominence in the late 90’s after establishing one of the first ecommerce wine sites, WineLibrary helping his father grow the family business from 4 to 60MM in sales.

Gary is also one of the most sought after public speakers alive today. He is a venture capitalist, 4-time New York Times bestselling author, and an early investor in companies such as Twitter, Tumblr, Venmo and Uber. Gary has been named to both Crain’s and Fortune’s 40 Under 40 lists.

Yeeeaaaahhh…we’re thinking this dude is well worth checking out. You’ll find his and other stories (stay tuned, we’ll be mentioning those as well) Rise and Grind.

Sending love, light, and the energy to get your Grind on!
